Setting up Your Exchange account on a phone between iPhones and Androids, you will see Exchange referred to differently. iPhone defines Exchange as Microsoft Exchange, while Android defines it as Corporate or Exchange (depending on your Android manufacturer).


Before Using the settings below: You now have the option to download Outlook for iOS or Android in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store on your mobile device. This will simplify the setup of your email if you choose to do so.


For iPhone:


1. Go to Settings

2. Passwords & Accounts

3. Add Account

4. Select Microsoft Exchange

5. The next page will ask for your credentials. 

    Username: provided by CTS upon configuring your mailbox.
    Password: Your chosen password after initial login to a browser.
    Server: mail.clacksys.com
    All other settings must be left in their default state. 


It may ask for you to continue and accept the server certificate, press Continue if it does. 

Name the account however you will best remember it by, and tap finish.


For Android

1. Go to the “E Mail” app on your phone, it will show under your main list of apps.
2. Click on the Menu button for your app, and select “Settings”
3. Click Add Account at the top right.
4. Select Corporate (Some phones may define as Exchange)
5. The next screen will ask for settings.
    Username: provided by CTS at setup.
    Server: mail.clacksys.com
    All other settings must be left in their default state. 


It may ask for you to continue and accept the server certificate, press Continue if it does. 

Name the account however you will best remember it by, and tap finish.
